Use the contact routes below for questions about the OTT Xaman Safety Companion. Support is provided by OnTheTrack, not by Xaman or XRPL Labs.
Never send a seed phrase, recovery words, private key, secret number, password or signing code. OTT support cannot recover or control a wallet.

For reproducible errors, failed loading, incorrect network context, QR scanner issues or public-ledger lookup problems.

- Xaman version, device type and selected XRPL network.
- What you expected, what happened and the steps to reproduce it.
- A screenshot without secrets or personal notifications.
- A public XRPL address or transaction hash only when it is relevant and you understand it is public.
Public, non-sensitive software defects can also be reported through the repository issue tracker. Do not publish personal data there.
