These Terms of Use apply to the XRPL OnTheTrack Terminal, also referred to as OTT Terminal. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
1. The service
OTT Terminal may provide account access, XRPL education, wallet learning, transaction preparation and verification, public-ledger research, Academy assessments, progress records, community features, support routes, and NFT-based utility or certificates. Features may be experimental, limited, changed, paused, or removed.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied to OTT Terminal and for protecting access to your account and authentication provider. Do not share login credentials. Notify the project through its verified support contact if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Wallets and transactions
- You remain responsible for your wallet, keys, recovery information, transaction review, fees, balances, reserves, trustlines, and approvals.
- OTT Terminal never requires a seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, or wallet secret.
- Transactions are signed in the user’s wallet application. Review every transaction before approval.
- XRPL transactions may be permanent and cannot normally be reversed by OTT Terminal.
- Network congestion, reserve requirements, third-party wallet behaviour, endpoint availability, or protocol changes may affect a transaction.
4. Educational scores and certificates
Academy scores measure responses within the OTT learning experience and are not formal academic accreditation unless explicitly stated otherwise. A reserved certificate number is not an issued NFT. A Foundation Certificate is treated as issued only after the required XRPL mint, transfer, acceptance, and ownership checks have succeeded.
5. NFT utility
OTT Access Passes and Foundation Certificates are intended as utility or proof-of-completion records. They do not promise profit, price appreciation, income, dividends, ownership in a company, or a guaranteed resale market. Availability may be limited by edition size, eligibility, network conditions, and technical requirements.
6. Research and risk information
Token, issuer, liquidity, wallet, DeFi, and ecosystem information may rely on public data, supplied evidence, heuristics, and third-party sources. Scores and observations are not guarantees of safety, legitimacy, solvency, future performance, or regulatory status. Users must perform their own verification.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use OTT Terminal to break the law, mislead others, bypass security, gain unauthorised access, upload malicious content, abuse infrastructure, impersonate another person, manipulate assessments or claims, submit stolen material, or interfere with other users.
8. User content and research evidence
You retain responsibility for files, text, links, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the right to provide the material and that it does not violate privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights. OTT Terminal may remove content that creates legal, security, or operational risk.
9. Third-party services
OTT Terminal may connect to Supabase, Vercel, Google authentication, Xaman, XRPL endpoints, explorers, wallets, and external educational or ecosystem resources. These services are operated independently and may have their own terms, fees, policies, restrictions, and availability. OTT Terminal is not responsible for actions taken directly by an independent third party.
10. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, errors, attacks, provider outages, protocol updates, legal requirements, or product decisions may interrupt or change features. OTT Terminal does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every displayed result is complete or error-free.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users accept responsibility for decisions, wallet approvals, transactions, losses, taxes, and interactions with third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
12. Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, preserve system integrity, or prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims.
13. Governing context
OTT Terminal is operated from the Netherlands. Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain in effect. Disputes should first be raised through the verified OTT Terminal support contact so that a practical resolution can be attempted.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product, technology, providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the latest published terms apply, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden gelden voor de XRPL OnTheTrack Terminal, ook aangeduid als OTT Terminal. Door de dienst te gebruiken, stem je ermee in deze verantwoordelijk en volgens deze voorwaarden en de toepasselijke wetgeving te gebruiken.
1. De dienst
OTT Terminal kan accounttoegang, XRPL-educatie, walletuitleg, transactievoorbereiding en -verificatie, ledgeronderzoek, Academy-beoordelingen, voortgang, communityfuncties en NFT-utility of certificaten aanbieden. Functies kunnen experimenteel zijn en worden gewijzigd, gepauzeerd of verwijderd.
2. Accounts
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor correcte accountinformatie en voor de beveiliging van je account en authenticatieprovider. Deel geen inloggegevens. Meld vermoedelijk misbruik via het geverifieerde supportcontact.
3. Wallets en transacties
- Je blijft zelf verantwoordelijk voor je wallet, sleutels, herstelgegevens, transactiekosten, saldo, reserves, trustlines en goedkeuringen.
- OTT Terminal vraagt nooit om een seed phrase, herstelzin, private key of walletgeheim.
- Transacties worden in de walletapp ondertekend. Controleer iedere transactie vóór goedkeuring.
- XRPL-transacties kunnen permanent zijn en kunnen normaal gesproken niet door OTT Terminal worden teruggedraaid.
- Netwerkdrukte, reserveregels, walletgedrag, endpoints of protocolwijzigingen kunnen invloed hebben.
4. Onderwijsscores en certificaten
Academy-scores meten antwoorden binnen de OTT-leeromgeving en zijn geen formele accreditatie, tenzij dit uitdrukkelijk anders wordt vermeld. Een gereserveerd certificaatnummer is nog geen uitgegeven NFT. Het Foundation Certificate geldt pas als uitgegeven na geslaagde mint-, transfer-, acceptatie- en eigendomscontrole op XRPL.
5. NFT-utility
OTT Access Passes en Foundation Certificates zijn bedoeld als utility of bewijs van afronding. Zij beloven geen winst, waardestijging, inkomen, dividend, bedrijfsbelang of gegarandeerde verkoopmarkt.
6. Onderzoek en risico-informatie
Informatie over tokens, issuers, liquiditeit, wallets en DeFi kan zijn gebaseerd op openbare gegevens, aangeleverd bewijs, aannames en externe bronnen. Scores zijn geen garantie voor veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid, solvabiliteit, toekomstig rendement of wettelijke status.
7. Toegestaan gebruik
Je mag OTT Terminal niet gebruiken voor wetsovertreding, misleiding, beveiligingsomzeiling, ongeoorloofde toegang, kwaadaardige uploads, misbruik van infrastructuur, imitatie, manipulatie van beoordelingen of claims, gestolen materiaal of verstoring van andere gebruikers.
8. Gebruikersmateriaal
Je blijft verantwoordelijk voor bestanden, tekst, links en ander materiaal dat je aanlevert. Je bevestigt dat je het recht hebt dit materiaal te gebruiken en dat het geen privacy-, auteurs-, vertrouwelijkheids- of andere rechten schendt.
9. Diensten van derden
OTT Terminal kan koppelen met Supabase, Vercel, Google-authenticatie, Xaman, XRPL-endpoints, explorers, wallets en externe bronnen. Deze diensten werken zelfstandig en kunnen eigen voorwaarden, kosten, regels en beschikbaarheid hebben.
10. Beschikbaarheid en wijzigingen
De dienst wordt aangeboden op basis van beschikbaarheid. Onderhoud, storingen, aanvallen, providerproblemen, protocolupdates, wettelijke vereisten of productbeslissingen kunnen functies onderbreken of wijzigen.
11. Aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan, blijven gebruikers verantwoordelijk voor hun beslissingen, walletgoedkeuringen, transacties, verliezen, belastingen en contacten met derden. Verplichte consumentenrechten en aansprakelijkheid die wettelijk niet mogen worden uitgesloten blijven gelden.
12. Opschorting
Toegang kan worden beperkt of opgeschort wanneer dit redelijkerwijs nodig is voor gebruikersbescherming, onderzoek naar misbruik, naleving van wetgeving, systeemintegriteit of het voorkomen van dubbele of frauduleuze claims.
13. Toepasselijke context
OTT Terminal wordt vanuit Nederland beheerd. Verplichte consumenten- en privacyrechten blijven van toepassing. Geschillen kunnen eerst via het geverifieerde supportcontact worden gemeld om een praktische oplossing te proberen.
14. Wijzigingen
Deze voorwaarden kunnen worden bijgewerkt wanneer het product, de technologie, dienstverleners of wettelijke vereisten veranderen. De laatst gepubliceerde versie geldt voor verder gebruik, met behoud van dwingend recht.
